Hello, welcome, and I look forward to us getting to know one another. My name is Davitte Richardson, and I'm a Real Estate Agent with Starkes Realty, LLC, Columbia, SC 29201. I have been a NAR Member since May 2008, and I love every minute of the business. I am certified and have the following designations: CIAS, Certified Investors Agent Specialist; PSA, Pricing Strategy Advisor; ABR, Accredited Buyer's Representative; Housing Counselor, The Association of Housing Counselors; Home Staging, and an approved agent for SC Housing.

 

I love what I do and are told at times, "you do too much for your clients." Well, I always remembered my Mother telling me, "treat others the way you would want to be treated," and that's how I live and work. I've always enjoyed looking at houses and the interior decoration of homes. Now, I get the pleasure of seeing others purchase their dream home and sometimes even help them decorate. I'm not your typical Real Estate Agent; meaning I don't want to be your Real Estate Agent just for a one-time sale, but for the rest of your life.
